Safety And Security Is Paramount
We are very committed to ensuring the safety of your child daily. We understand the peace of mind a parent needs when entrusting their child to us each day. To ensure the best security for your child, Heartland Hall uses the "One Touch" finger scan access system. Our security officer will create a security file and scan every parent's finger upon the child's entrance to Heartland Hall. All children are kept behind our secure doors at all times. Any one entering where the children are must use the finger security system to get beyond the doors.
Strict Security Policies
No child may be picked up by someone other than a parent except with a written note signed by the parent. This written note must be given to the administration. Who ever picks up the child, must have a picture ID. They also must be on the authorized pick-up form and match the name on the note signed by the parent.All children are signed in and out by using the computer touch screen in the lobby. The security officer also oversees the closed circuit TV surveillance system. The TV system tapes every room 24 hours a day. All parents are welcomed to view the TV at any time during the day.
